T he first recorded date of Christmas being celebrated on December 25th was in 336, during the time of the R oman Emperor Constantine,  although December 25th (or late afternoon /evening of December 24th is the date when most people celebrated Christmas. Christmas is celebrated to remember the birth of the Jesus Christ,who Christians believe in the  Son of God. The celebrations of custom associated in various countries with Christmas have a mix of  pre-Christians and secular themes and origins.
